Signup with GoBizMo :

Conformation Email : After you sign up, you will receive a confirmation mail from GoBizMo.
- Check your email.
- The conformation email from GoBizMo contains your User ID and Password details.
- Click on Login link in the Email or type www.gobizmo.in in your browser.

Login to your GobizMo Account :
- Login and access your GobizMo account with ID & Password.

Setting up your company account:
- After first login, you will be asked to fill up the form on Company Details. Later if you wish to edit the details then select Company Profile from My Account Main Menu.
Getting your first default app
After first successful Login to GoBizMo, it'll ask you to provide some basic information regarding your organization. On the basis of these company details, GoBizMo will automatically create a default, relevant app for you. Your first app is up and ready for use. You can also Preview, Publish and Customize the app.
Create your users
Once you are done with the registration process on GoBizMo, you can create new users. The newly created users will have to set their own password. After setting up password they will be able to install and use your application that you have published to them. You can also delete users from your account.
Follow the below steps to do so...
Publishing your app
Once you have created your applications (Click here to see how to create applications) you can publish the application to your registered users (Click here to see 'How to create your users). You can visit My Applications and then click on publish against the application that you want to share to view all the users and published status
for that application.

- Click My Application.
- Click "Publish" under action column.
- Select the user and click "Publish".
Downloading your app
Once you have published your applications with your users (Click here to see 'How to share application'), approved users will receive Email with the download link. Users will need to log in to portal with their registered Email Id and password from a mobile device. Once logged in they will be able to view all applications that are shared to them. They can download the application by clicking on the application icon.
Follow the below simple steps to do so...

- Visit www.gobizmo.in from your mobile device.
- Login into the GoBizMo portal with your ID/Password.
- Download & install the app.
Manage User Accounts
Before you customize your own account or else modify your user's account, you need to go through with the GoBizMo registration process Click here to see 'How to register yourself in GoBizMo'.
Follow the below few steps to do so...
Go to My Account to edit, change or upgrade your account. You can also manage your user list from My Account. Click Users (top navigation key) to access the list of registered users and make required changes.
Creating Users : Register users with whom you want to share.

- Click "Users"
- Click "Add New User"
- Fill up the form and Submit
- Assigning privileges to Users : You can assign different privileges to your users based on their role. For example, you can decide :
- Which users can log in to the Application?
- Which users can only see reports?
- Which users can Design the Application?
- Which users can upload Data source?, etc.
- Go to My Account.
- Click "Users" (At the top navigation Key).
- Click "Add New User".
- Fill up a simple form with Name, Email ID, Mobile No.
- From the drop down select the "Type of User".
- If you want to create a new type, Select "OTHER", you will get an text box to enter new type name.
- Then you can select the privileges for the new user type.

- From the drop down button select the "Type of User".
- Select "OTHER", GoBizMo will give you an Option to write "User Type"
- Under the user type option you will find some options from where you can assign privileges to Users.
Creating your App
With simple drag and drop functions, you can create all types of B2B apps. You don't need programming skills to build and configure your own app. Another way to create your app is by answering a few simple questions about your company and GoBizMo will create an app for you in minutes.

Design your app as required
Designing apps in GoBizMo is very user friendly and does not require technical skills. The screen is divided into 3 panels.
- The Workflow Panel : This panel appears to the left of the screen where you can see the workflows & the screens added.
- The Design Area : This appears to the center of the screen where you design your app.
- The Controls Panel : These panels contain the list of controls which you can use while designing your app.

- Select the Application.
- Click "Edit". Your app design page will appear.
- Here, you can manage workflow, Screen and controls to upgrade your app.
- Add workflow from the workflow panel. The panels would reflect on the home page of your app.
- Add screens from the workflow panel. The screen would come under every Workflow Panel.
- Drag the controls which you need from the controls panel and release on the Design area.
- Click "Save".
Brand your app using Theme
Get Creative. Customize the look and feel of your app. Upload custom icons, splash screen images and backgrounds for your main menu page. Choose your own main menu layout. Select color scheme and customize background to match brand identity.
Preview your app on target platforms
Use our web previewer to see how your app will look on the mobile screen of your target platform. The preview feature provides the convenience to view the look and feel of your app without having to download it on the phone.
Build your app for target platforms
Post completion of the app creation process (Click here to see 'How to create & design the app'), you need to build your app (in order to use it in Mobile devices) as per your preferred handset platform. Apps created with GoBizMo currently supports Android devices (ver 2.3 and above), iOS devices (iOS 5 and above) and blackberry devices (OS 6 and above).
Publish your app
After every successful app creation in GoBizMo Click here to see 'How to create the application', you can distribute your app among your chosen users with help of the "Publish" function.

GoBizMo Report Gallery
In addition to the default reports users can have access to the GoBizMo (Report Gallery). It provides hundreds of reports. Users can select the report template closest to their need, configure it and import it to their application. Once the report is imported the same will become available in the Reports dashboard.
Export to Excel/PDF/ Print your reports
GoBizMo stores all user-submitted data on secured cloud servers and those can be downloaded as 'Excel'/'PDF' or Printed as required.
Follow the below simple steps to do so...

- Go to "Reports"
- Click "Export" & then select the required action.
- Select the report you want to Download/ Print.
Upload your data
In your applications you may need to use your existing data. You can easily upload your existing data into the GoBizMo in order to utilize the same in your
application. Data can be uploaded as either as a file (csv,xml,xls, xlsx) or using your existing API.
- Follow the below steps to do so...
- Click Configuration.
- Click "Add Data Source".
- Enter the name of the data source.
- Select the data source type.
- If using a file then,
- use the file input field to upload your file.
- Then click on Submit.
- If using an API then,
- Enter the URL of the API
- Select the data type of the API response (JSON/XML)
- If response type is XML enter the XML tag name which contain the data.
- If response type is JSON enter the name of the key which contains the data.
- Select the request method(HTTP GET/ HTTP POST)
- You can configure additional parameters for the request by clicking on the "Add Parameter" button
- Then click on Submit.
Integrate with your existing API
Using the GoBizMo API
All the data which is generated/ submitted in the GoBizMo platform is exposed via XML API, so that it can be integrated into 3rd party systems. These APIs are described below. In order to authenticate the request, the API KEY needs to be sent along with the requests.
