How do I publish my app to my users?
Once the app is created as per your satisfaction you are ready to Publish your app to your registered mobile users. You will get the Publish link as a last step of your application creation process or in the My Applications page marked by the following icon (icon). Click on the Publish link will take you to a list of all your registered users. You can select the users who will use the app and click on the Publish link. Please note:
- You can publish the app to your registered users only. Register users first before publishing.
- Check that the mobile user has a handset compatible with the application platform.
Once the app is successfully published your selected users will get a dedicated app store portal link created exclusively for your company on their email or SMS (SMS will work only in select countries. Click here to see the list of countries where SMS is supported.)
How do my users download/install the mobile application on their Mobile Device?
The platform provides a dedicated and exclusive app store portal link that lists all the applications created by the company. At least one application has to be created successfully by the company for the dedicated app store portal link to be available. The same can then be published or shared independently with the users. The mobile users can visit the link and see the apps available published to them by the company. They can click on the Download option and the applications starts getting downloaded automatically.
Which mobile platforms are supported?
At GoBizMo our core objective is to make the application accessible from as many platforms as possible. Towards that objective GoBizMo supports Android, iOS, BlackBerry OS 6 and Windows Mobile 7 among smart phones and Mobile Web site for the lower end XHTML browser supported phones. Who owns the mobile applications created?
You make the apps, you own the data and you are responsible for it. The app is therefore owned by you.
How do I download data that I submitted from GoBizMo on my mobile device?
Great! You have created the application and published it to the users. Users have downloaded it and using the app to submit data to the platform. GoBizMo stores all the submitted data on their secured cloud servers which can be downloaded as required. Please follow the below steps:
- Login to the www.gobizmo.in with your access credentials.
- Click on the Reports menu on the bottom navigation panel.
- Select the application and the screen and click on generate report.
- You can further filter the report as per the date or users or both.
All the reports can be downloaded in excel or PDF format. The same can also be printed or emailed to specified email ids.
Can GoBizMo be integrated with backend systems?
GoBizMo is targeted towards enterprise users. Most of the enterprise users would require the platform to be integrated with their existing data. The data may be available in some 3rd party applications or in excel formats. GoBizMo makes it very easy to integrate the data (to and fro) with 3rd party systems. The data can be integrated as per below:
- Upload data in Excel file format.
- Post and Access data using REST/XML APIs.

Can I capture images with GoBizMo?
Yes, you can capture images with GoBizMo application, but your handset should have the image capture functionality.
How do I create an app?
GoBizMo’s core philosophy is to make a relevant app available to you with minimum effort. You have the following options to get an app instantly.
- Fastest way to get an app working is to provide some relevant information about the company. GoBizMo will create an app for you instantly basis the questions asked. The more accurate the information provided the more relevant the app that will be created.

Which standard reports are available with the GoBizMo platform?
GoBizMo understands the critical need of enterprises for relevant reports and analytics. The platform provides the following default reports:
- Submission Reports
- Geo-location reports if the (geo-location setting is enabled).
- Current Location report on the map
- Route Draw
- Attendance Report
In addition to the default reports users can have access to the GoBizMo (Report Gallery). It provides hundreds of reports. Users can select the report template closest to their need, configure it and import it to their application. Once the report is imported the same will become available in the Reports dashboard.

What is included in the GoBizMo Free Trial?
GoBizMo provides a 30 day free trial to all users. We want the users to be completely satisfied before they fill in the payment details. During the free trial users have access to all the premium features o the platform. Click here to check the premium features available. Once the free trial is over users can choose the plan that best suits their need from the available (pricng plans).
Does GoBizMo work when there is no data coverage (offline mode)?
Yes, it can work without the data coverage in an offline mode. Users can keep filling up the data and doing their normal activities. The data will be stored temporarily on the device memory. All the data gets synced back to the server once the connectivity comes back. All the data will be deleted from the device memory once the data is synced successfully. This ensures that the company data is completely protected and secure.
How does the free trial work?
Once you signup you get access to all the premium features for 30 days. We want to ensure that you get GoBizMo working to your complete satisfaction before we ask you for any fees.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. GoBizMo is a pay as you go service. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Click on "Billing" in your account to change your plan.
